Embassy Suites Williamsburg

I really love my room it was just like it look on the web. It was like staying at home it had a lot of room so I could move round and do anything that I wanted to do. And the beds made me sleep like an angle!!!

Spotless and updated room, a shower and a hairdryer in the room.

Food was good staff was very helpful room was clean great time

Friendly staff in all locations of the hotel. The room was very cozy and the breakfast was delicious.

The pool area was small.

Great Location and Delicious Breakfast

The made-to-order breakfast was a highlight, with plenty of options that kept both kids and adults happy. I did notice that the cleanliness of our room could have been better, as it fell a bit short of our expectations.

I was disappointed in management!!!

They gave my king size room away when I clearly reserved a king room for my husband and I because it was our valentines weekend getaway. We slept in seperate beds for valentines and I felt horrible about that. And the manager didn't really seem to care that he gave the room that we reserved away. He said we don't have anymore Kings and if you want to go somewhere else I'll release your reservation. Very disappointed in that, but the rest of the staff were awesome.

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We found a empty bottle under the bed and a dirty black sock by the sofa.

We loved our room, everything was beautiful, spacious and clean! The evening happy hour was unexpected and awesome! And the free breakfast was great!

This was an very nice stay after our previous visit in williamsburg. The spacious suite was perfect for our romantic getaway, far exceeding our expectations. The freshly made omelets and evening reception made dining enjoyable and nice.

Breakfast and Manager's Happy Hour

The shower head fell off and almost hit my family member who was taking a shower. The room was not cleaned completed as we found toy pieces on the floor. The bed had frame sticking out that we kept hitting our leg and feet on. We shared this with the housekeeping manager and there was a real negative attitude displayed. We were promised a certificate to return to an Embassy Suites in the future but we never received the certificate.

Night manager was VERY helpful.

Great location near attractions and friendly staff. The room was clean and the layout well thought out. Breakfast options were disappointing, with limited vegan choices, and the hot food lacked freshness despite a friendly omelet chef. Still, grilling fresh meats was a positive highlight.
